Workshops and Training

I offer workshops and training, for individuals & small groups of up to 9 people, in Listening through the Body ~ with ART, based on all the good stuff from training & qualifying in 'Experiential Listening and Focusing' and 'Focusing with Children' in Scotland and the Netherlands. My work is covered by public liability insurance and my basic rate for 1-to-1 work is £45/hr, with a concessionary rate if unwaged. Small Group Workshops ( 1.5hrs ) are £15 per person + a contribution for Art Materials.

Starting off with a 1.5hr introduction to Listening through the Body ~ with Art, this will be a new series of workshops. Dates still to be confirmed.

Shawlands

G41 Art Space ( still tbc )

This will be a new series of workshops in the Spring of 2026 at Shawlands Arcade.  Contact me for more information on this. Dates still to be confirmed.

Pollok Park

Dumbreck Yard ( still tbc )
