Being the Guesthouse

Rumi's poem below speaks for itself, though we can shift our perspective to supports us in clearing a space . . . from sensing our experiencing through the eyes of our personality. We can also be the noticer of that too and rather than welcoming whatever comes to our door as a host, instead, we can see ourselves as being the house itself, noticing any difference that shift can make to how we deal with 'guests' at our door, particularly elements that we would be wise to be aware of happily 'inviting in for tea', as it were, including inappropriate fear, shame or anger,
