Being in Contact

Nothing much of any usefulness happens without this. We know when it is not there. If we sense the aliveness of contact inside . . . it is unmistakeable and most welcome. There are a few important elements to add here, including  our intention around this.

For now it's enough to bring to mind the last time I me a horse and it decided to trust me or not.
