About Listening Skills Practice . . . 

I am not a life coach, counsellor or therapist and I do not imagine it is my job to offer advice or guidance about anything to anyone. My practice is to notice whatever I can sense with as much clarity, depth, neutrality and groundedness as I can muster, and check if I can let a little playfulness be there while Clearing a Space from either: whatever has me in its grip or what I can't easily let go of.

Just staying there and not doing much more than breathing into that opening and the bodily felt sense of relief that accompanies this activity ( should I actually manage to do it effectively ) is a lot. From here . . . I can sense into any action required in order to find the energy needed to allow my whole self to move forward in life, through situations, creative projects, health issues or stuckness.    I wonder whether doing only this much is actually enough?
