About Listening Skills Practice . . .
I am not a life coach, counsellor or therapist and I do not imagine it is my job to offer advice or guidance about anything to anyone. My practice is to notice whatever I can sense with as much clarity, depth, neutrality and groundedness as I can muster, and check if I can let a little playfulness be there too while I clear a space from either: whatever has me in its grip or what I can't easily let go of.
Just staying there and not doing much more than breathing into that opening and the bodily felt sense of relief that accompanies this activity ( should I actually manage to do it effectively ) is a lot. From there . . . I can sense into any actions I need to take in order to find the energy I will need to move forward ~ as my whole self, through situations, creative projects, health issues or 'stuckness'.
